About us

We are a rock band with our own studio called ShallyRecords.
The studio is located in Bali.
We do NOT have an assigned vocalist strictly. Hence, our friends
like Jamaican Suspect, Ganja George, Clif Edward (to name a few)
would jump in as the vocalist. However, we are mostly an instrumental band.
Our repertoire is 60% metal, 20% dusbtep and electronics and 10% folk and
10% experimental.

Leroi writes all the songs and we contribute the lyrics or whatever that
feels right. Arrangements are usually a collective effort. Our in house sound engineer is
the newly wed Catherine, who hails from Hamburg, Germany.

We use the NEVE digital console for all of our recordings.

Short intro about the band members

Le'roi - lead guitars, piano, vocals (sometimes), electronic guitars
           Born in Marseilles, France. Now living in Bali with his Balinese model wife and  teen daughter.
Shy'Rite - drums, percussions, vocals  and background vocals
               Born is Cockburn Town, Turk & Caicos. Now living in Bali with her partner  (Wendy).
Wendy - rhythm guitars, keyboards, vocals and background vocals
             Born in Brussels, Belgium. Now living in Bali with her partner (Shy`Rite).
Chaka - bass, vocals (sometimes) and background vocals
            Born in Johannesburg, South Africa. Now living in Bali with his balinese wife who is
            also the band's official doctor.
DJ Superfreak - dj and sound effects
                       Born in Kuta, Bali. A Balinese local who lives with her model partner  (Zanks).
